Reggie is a Burmese-born Australian creative entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience across entertainment, advertising and emerging tech, specialising in the Asia-Pacific market. He is the founder and CEO of Alias, a browser-based platform for crafting, training and deploying interactive AI agents. Previously, Reggie founded CLUB MEDIA, a creative production agency behind campaigns for global brands including Adidas, Sprite, GUCCI and Calvin Klein. His ventures span Shanghai’s iconic Arkham nightclub, the game-themed lounge Arcade, and Sonically Transmitted Disease, which produced over 200 shows across China. He also launched MUS3, a Web3 education platform taught through the lens of the music industry. As the first Asia hire at 88rising, Reggie served as Creative Director and General Manager for China, helping build one of the region’s most influential entertainment brands. He has spoken at major events including SXSW, MIDEM, Forbes, Reeperbahn, All That Matters and Big Sound, and held advisory roles with the Australia Council for the Arts, AIM’s iHub and Screen Forever. In 2021, he was named one of the Top 40 under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians. Reggie is currently exploring the intersection of Web3, virtual avatars and AI to unlock new creative economies and empower the next generation of digital creators.
