Highlights I’m Proud Of • Reimagined a stagnant product design program at Sussex University, tripling enrollment and achieving a job placement rate of 88%. • Introduced trauma-informed research practices at Fidelity, positioning the company as an industry leader in ethical UX methodologies. • Designed the Continuous Discovery Feedback playbook at ICF NEXT, aligning research with agile workflows to transform organizational processes.
