I am an experienced strategy and operations leader and world-class problem solver, who drives high-value improvements to the organizations I support. I am passionate about moving humanity forward and plan to spend my career building companies that achieve that aim.
My thought leadership includes strategy development, operating model design, organizational alignment, operational excellence, and change management. I strongly believe in the power of teams and work to be a multiplier of those around me.
As the child of a West Point graduate and Army Ranger, I was taught the importance of integrity, accountability, and service to others at an early age and I have carried those teachings with me throughout my life. Moving to a new city every 2.5 years from adolescence through high school forced me to get comfortable with ambiguity, as I was frequently thrown into new and unpredictable environments. Those experiences not only gave me the innate ability to quickly connect with and understand people but also strengthened my natural ability to empathize with people, understand their wants and needs, and develop relationships built upon a foundation of trust.
As a young adult, I attended the University of Michigan, and it was at that time that I began my life-long quest to know myself. Through introspection, I’ve come to understand my strengths, my weaknesses, and how I am perceived by others, and have in turn gained humility and a greater degree of confidence. These lessons have made me both a better professional and a better person.
Upon graduating, I started my career at Davita, moving to RR Donnelley, Deloitte, and finally landing at X (Formerly Twitter). Along the way, I realized that if I was ever the smartest person in the room, I was in the wrong room, so I’ve always made a point to surround myself with people from whom I can learn, and I have leaned into the areas where I have a competitive advantage – building relationships, communicating effectively, solving problems, and overcoming obstacles.

I have always been a voracious consumer of information. I spend my leisure time reading or listening to books on tape and podcasts. As an athlete, I enjoy cycling, hiking, playing pickleball, weightlifting, and anything that allows me to engage in a bit of friendly competition. I am a lover of art, science, history, photography, and nature.
