With 20+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and learning project management, I’ve specialized in accelerating corporate, government, adult, and higher education learning and retention. I’m experienced in training and project/program management, cross-department coordination, job task and needs analysis, rapid elearning design and implementation, AI prompt engineering, technical and soft-skills training (online and in-person), and voiceover recording. My mission is to help people “learn faster, retain more, and enjoy the process.” I’m experienced in incorporating emerging technologies, such as generative AI, into my team's design workflows to reduce development time and increase learning impact. As a Learning and Development Project Manager with CTEC, I managed the planning, budgeting, and development of training projects for the Department of Defense for 6-10 simultaneous 6-12 month duration task orders with a budget of $2.5 million. As the Project Manager/Senior Instructional Designer at NextGen Healthcare, I coordinated the design and development of e-learning courses and programs for the company's electronic health record, practice management, and medical AI solutions. I also developed and facilitated internal training on AI literacy, HR compliance, and soft skills topics. I leveraged my NexGen and AI certifications, Adobe Captivate/Articulate 360 skills, and learning strategies expertise to ensure the quality and relevance of the learning content and outcomes.
