2006-2019 Developed MCA into a Food and Beverage chain located in 22 Airports with 180 restaurants and Bars.
2000-2006: ProcuraDigital. My two partners and I established ProcuraDigital as one of the leading providers of e-auctions and strategic sourcing for businesses operating in Latin America. Funded the company with an Angel round, later with a $20m round from Banco Santander. Sold our minority stake in 3/2006.
2001-2006 Participated in a MBO of Tallard Technologies, a $40 million a year distributor that grew into $100m before Banco Itautec purchased it in 2006.
1999 - 2011 Co-Founded Commlogik the largest telephony distributor for Latin America with offices in 5 countries.
1983 - 1998 Co Founded a PC retail store that grew from into a South Florida integrator and IT distribution company for businesses in Latin America. We succeeded in establishing it as one of the top 20 Hispanic companies in the United States, with 5 subsidiaries, 200 employees and US$160 million in revenues. My partners and I found a willing buyer in a Fortune 500 Company for this business.
Obtained a Certificate at MIT Specializing in FINTECH, I studied Computer Science and Math at The University of Miami. I am fluent in English and Spanish and have a good working knowledge of Portuguese.I am the proud father of two young men 26 and 27.
