As a Talent Diligence Associate at Coinbase, I applied my writing and thinking skills to conduct background checks and assessments on potential hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Prior to that, I gained valuable experience in the field of criminal justice as an Intelligence Analyst at Queens District Attorney's Office and an Investigative Analyst/Paralegal at Kings County District Attorney's Office, where I supported various investigations, prosecutions, and trials. I also completed an apprenticeship and an internship at Altice USA, where I learned about vendor compliance and risk management. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University, I have a strong foundation in the legal and ethical aspects of the justice system.
