Before launching Cassette, he built a career in brand marketing and sales for hospitality icons like The Palms Hotel & Casino, Gerber Group, B.R. Guest Restaurants, and Marriott Hotels. A former DJ and lifelong mixtape obsessive, he turned that passion into his first venture in the background music space with The Beat Advisory in 2010, later selling it to UK-based Musicstyling, where he ran U.S. operations for five years.
In 2019, he launched TALEA (now Cassette) to create the kind of agency he always wanted to hire—one that treats music as part of the design, identity, and emotion of a space, not just background noise.

I have developed strong skills in social media marketing, customer relationship management, and Adobe Creative Suite, which enable me to plan, execute, and promote events effectively and efficiently. I also have outstanding problem-solving and communication skills, which help me to overcome challenges and collaborate with diverse teams. My goal is to produce events that exceed expectations and deliver value. 
With over eight years of work experience in sales, lead generation, and business development, I am a passionate and driven Account Executive at Justworks, a VC-backed HR and benefits platform that simplifies and streamlines the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. My mission is to help SMBs grow and thrive by providing them with the best-in-class tools, services, and support they need to manage their payroll, compliance, benefits, and more. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a theatre and real estate background.
