With 15 years spanning marketing, insights, and consumer experience (CX), Ashley has championed brands at elite agencies, driven marketing for tech startups, and carved niches for global eCommerce companies. As the current Head of Marketing at Appex, an early stage mobile tech startup, she oversees performance, brand, and lifecycle marketing across a diverse portfolio of more than 60 mobile apps in the creator, outdoors, and health & fitness verticals.
Before Appex, Ashley was pivotal in shaping go-to-market strategies for seasonal product launches at Wayfair, along with repositioning the Wayfair Credit Card & Loyalty Program. Her tenure at ASICS was marked by founding the consumer insights team transforming it from a solo initiative into an international market research division, leading efforts in digital customer engagement, product development research, and marketing communications testing.
Outside of her 9-5, Ashley co-founded Four Progress, a venture that has positively impacted over 50,000 individuals with tools designed to manage anxiety. She is also an active participant in the 4A’s CX Council and has held influential positions including co-chair of the IPG Women’s Leadership Network of Boston, board member of Boston Business Women, and leadership roles in the American Marketing Association (SNEC) and the New England Financial Marketing Association’s Programming and Marketing Committees. 
As an Engineering Manager with over 10 years of experience, I specialize in driving global e-commerce transformations, scalable design systems, and multi-regional A/B testing programs that deliver measurable impact. I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, mentoring diverse talent, and implementing cutting-edge technologies to align technical efforts with business goals.
At ASICS Digital, I have spearheaded initiatives such as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud to Next.js migration, the creation of a robust design system, and the implementation of a generative AI chatbot to improve customer engagement. These efforts have resulted in enhanced user experiences, increased operational efficiency, and scalable solutions for millions of users across 19 countries.
Beyond my professional work, I co-founded two startups—Routary and ParcelRobin—where I leveraged my expertise to build innovative applications, optimize marketing strategies, and achieve significant growth in user acquisition and revenue.
My technical skills include React, Next.js, Node.js, and expertise in deploying applications using platforms like Vercel, Cloudflare, and AWS. With a passion for problem-solving and collaboration, I strive to make a lasting impact on both user experiences and team growth.
