From my former days as an entrepreneur and starting three local businesses, I learned the values of ambition, drive, and hard work. As I completed my MBA my focus was to get a well-rounded business perspective and understand the key drivers for various stakeholders- executives, marketing, finance, product, IT, etc. All of these experiences enabled a successful transition to software sales as I began to build a consultative process with customers by understanding their underlying business problems and building a path to success via our solution. Creating win-win relationship has always been key.
As a sales professional, I have focused my attention on the balance between the art and science of sales- bringing together the benefits of influence and negotiation in addition to sales process and methodology. My journey is by no way complete. As a firm believer in 'Kaizen' or continuous improvement, I strive to learn from all around me, perfect my skill, and impart more knowledge. 
I am a seasoned technical leader with 25 years experience that spans founding my own venture-backed startups to architecting the Infrastructure as Code platform that underpins Salesforce's Hyperforce cloud platform. At Marqeta I oversee the technical strategy of our S-SDLC, managed compute platform, and developer tooling.
I'm passionate about development processes, iterative product development, and building scalable web infrastructure. I've worked on everything from small prototypes with startups to running large programs to remediate a material weakness at a publicly traded company.
