With over 13 years of experience in staffing and recruiting, I am currently an Assistant Manager Recruitment at Xebia, a global IT consulting and software development company. I lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for senior to executive level roles in software development, QA, automation, and big data engineering.
My core competencies include technical recruiting, internet recruiting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates. I leverage my extensive knowledge of the IT market and best practices to attract and retain top talent for Xebia and its clients. I also collaborate with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to understand the business needs and align the recruitment process accordingly. My mission is to provide an exceptional candidate experience and build long-term relationships with potential and existing employees. 
With over 9 years of experience in end-to-end IT and Non-IT talent acquisition, where I drive, deliver, and build multiple engineering teams from scratch. I partner with global leadership and engineering teams to understand their hiring needs, develop robust and inclusive talent acquisition strategies, and execute them efficiently and effectively.
My core competencies include sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, conducting batch days and interviews, leveraging data and market intelligence to provide key insights, and preparing and offering the selected candidates.
