At Groupon, OpenTable, and Invoice2go, I scaled platforms globally — from #1 App Store rankings to 200M+ annual seated diners. My work spanned product launches, positioning, messaging & packaging, customer acquisition, lifecycle, and experimentation (A/B testing, measurement) - driving millions of new users while improving retention and LTV. At Guardian Direct, I incubated a D2C business from scratch into a category-defining venture, building CAC/LTV frameworks, leading product launches, and in-housing Google & Meta Ads growth strategy.
Today, as Head of Enterprise Engagement at Guardian Life, I lead digital adoption and engagement strategy across millions of customers, creating GTM playbooks and AI-driven personalization that shape enterprise growth priorities. I have operated as Head of Marketing, COO, CMO, and VP-level leader, building and leading teams of 50+ across marketing, product, analytics, partnerships, and design. My passion is bridging startup agility with enterprise scale — shaping products through insights, positioning them with clarity, and scaling them through disciplined growth architecture.
In addition to my operating roles, I serve as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage B2B software startups, where I support portfolio founders with go-to-market, product marketing, and growth strategy coaching.
