I'm working as technical product manager for the Core-BL and eArchive developer team in the Public 360° unit in Tietoevry Industry. Our team works with the core Business Logic and other functionality used in Public 360°, Plan & Build 360° and eArchive 360°. These are three standalone solutions for case management, building application management and archive solution, used mainly by the public sector in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Our areas of responsibiliy include access control, security, SMTP connectivity, 360° client for MS Office and New Outlook, Elastic search, file conversion to PDF/A, file storage and various Norwegian integrations like KS SvarUT/SvarInn, eInnsyn and the GI (GeoIntegrasjon) API services. We also maintain and develop internal tools used by the 360° unit, like ETL software. A large part of the PM work also goes into maintenance and getting rid of technical debt, for both performance and security reasons. I have deep technical knowledge of the 360° platform and the surrounding ecosystem in the Nordics. I enjoy finding solutions to difficult challenges and problems that the customers face, to improve their worklife. I'm also a good sparring partner when it comes to designing the IT architecture to solve a particular need. I've lead the product development of multiple new 360° features, like PDF stamping, API integration with Webcruiter, GI transfer of cases to third-party archive solution, taking the feature from commitment to ready for sale and into production. eArchive 360° is an OAIS-based and highly flexible archive software solution that can handle data from all types of sources and integrations. When connected to Public 360° it offers premium functionality when it's connected to a Public 360° solution. It has a flexible data model that can used for any type of data model, also accessible through the highly mature 360° SIF REST-based integration framework. My latest technical deepdive is Apache NiFi and Apache Tika, which offers great possibilities with the 360° platform, for data migration and deep file analysis, I've been working with software and the internet for 30 years and I'm quite skilled at doing root cause investigation in any IT software solution, from browser, to Frontend, Backend and into the database with SQL performance and query tuning.
