Originate novel patent non-infringement, infringement, invalidity, and validity theories and arguments later validated by Federal Court judges. • Patent Infringement and Validity Opinions, including complex claim charts, both offensive and defensive. • Client counseling on other intellectual property matters, including unfair competition, trade dress, trade secrets, and domain name disputes, • Technical analysis, including reverse engineering, forensic analysis, use of analytics, writing customized computer code (proficient in Python and Visual Basic).
