I am an authentic go-getter passionate about the people I work with and the company I work for. Whether that is building brand awareness through customer outreach, developing our team's sales strategies, culture, and events, or participating in our corporate volunteer program, I am always trying to create and strengthen relationships by putting others first. I have learned through my work within tech and Clay that teamwork truly makes the dream work and our constant collaboration translates into our ability to show the value of our platform. Working for a start-up has enabled me to wear many hats, learn new skills and push myself to reach for my next goal, deal, or project. My team and environment consistently give me the opportunity to rise to the occasion, but it is me who has executed day after day. Collaboration and Analytical thinking are two of my most valued attributes. Both give me the ability to see my projects and company with a wide-angle lens which gives substance even to the most mundane tasks. I have two daughters, a husband, and dog which I am absolutely crazy for and our little unit is usually off exploring the outdoors or traveling. I have a passion for all things sports especially racing sailboats. An avid writer, reader, and news junkie, you will find me with a cup of coffee and a newspaper most mornings. Community service is a priority in my off time, having served as an Americorps Mentor and being the founder of a women club based on building sisterhood through service.
