As the Chief People Officer at Hello Heart, a venture-backed firm that provides a digital platform for heart health management, I oversee all talent acquisition, retention, human resources, workplace experience and IT strategies. With over 15 years of extensive leadership experience in human capital management, organizational effectiveness, change management, executive coaching, talent acquisition, workforce planning and employee relations, I have a proven track record in creating organizational transformation by aligning people strategies with business objectives. Previously, I designed HR and talent campaigns from the ground up for Tubi, Postmates, BrightRoll, Yelp, and Yahoo!, while also implementing long-term culture and talent acquisition strategies for those companies. By investing in how to build dynamic company culture, while younger companies experience rapid growth and scale, I positioned myself as one of the most coveted human resource professionals in the Silicon Valley, and one of the few Latinas in the tech industry to build People teams from scratch across several successful multi-billion dollar firms.
