As a computational materials scientist I have several years of experience in academic research, and have extensively worked at various length scales in the domain of materials modeling. My primary research interests focus on the development of solidification microstructures in dilute binary alloys. Since May 2022, I have been working at the Max Planck Institute, Magdeburg, focusing on advancing computational workflows to bridge the fields of numerical mathematics and materials science.
