Investment climate specialist and public-private dialogue (PPD) leader with 20+ years of experience advancing regulatory reforms, private sector development, and institutional dialogue across Central Asia. As Head of the Secretariat of the Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, I coordinate high-level dialogue between government and business to improve the enabling environment, protect investor rights, and promote sustainable, inclusive economic growth. 🔹 I have led or contributed to over 40 national policy reforms in key areas such as tax legislation, inspections, PPP development, SME support, digital governance, and green economy initiatives. 🔹 I bring deep expertise in building bridges between government, the private sector, and civil society—facilitating trust-based dialogue and shaping policy through data-driven, participatory processes. 🔹 I’ve collaborated with institutions such as the EBRD, UNDP, USAID, GIZ, and the World Bank, and maintain strong networks across regional and international platforms. My work focuses on results: simplifying regulation, fostering transparency, unlocking finance, and ensuring reforms benefit entrepreneurs, especially women and youth in underserved regions.
