In my role as Cross Reality Team Lead and UX Lead at Telstra Purple, I was entrusted with guiding a team of creative and talented designers who share a fervent dedication to crafting immersive and captivating cross-reality (XR) experiences across various industries and for diverse clientele. At the heart of my process as a User Experience Designer lies a commitment to meticulous skill-based design research and prototyping, ensuring that every solution we deliver is rooted in a deep understanding of our target audiences' needs and expectations. Figma serves as our primary tool for both user research and user interface design, enabling us to seamlessly integrate insights gleaned from our research directly into the design process. By leveraging Figma, we are able to iteratively refine our solutions, ensuring they remain innovative and laser-focused on delivering exceptional user experiences. My academic background in Game and Interactive Media Design from RMIT University has provided me with a robust foundation in design principles, while my certifications from NIDA, Apple, and Telstra Purple have further augmented my expertise in UX communication and leadership. This multifaceted skill set equips me to effectively lead our team in the pursuit of user-centric solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our audience. Through my top skills of Digital Experience, marketing and prototyping I have seen the bellow; - Successful launch of two companies - Nationwide rollout of Fiber to the Curb to 15% of the Australia public - The successful development of multiple critical design applications that addressed the needs of the Australian public during the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic.
