I am a Special Advisor at the Digital Governance Council Prior to this role. I was the Director of Verification and Assessment, developing the Digital Trust Conformity Assessment Program at the Digital Governance Council of Canada. Previously, I was the Senior Policy Analyst for Identity Management at Treasury Board Secretariat of the Government of Canada. My mandate is to develop a government-wide identity management strategy that spans across the service delivery and security communities. Prior to TBS, I was an Executive Consultant within CGI’s Management Consulting Group based in Ottawa. I have decades of broad, solid experience in the management consulting, IT and related software industries. I have extensive experience with software vendors particularly in the Identity Management, Knowledge Management, Collaboration, and Enterprise-Information-Portal markets. I have held various technical, marketing and sales positions and have deep understanding of how technology meets business requirements and creates values for clients. I have complemented my technical background and experience by acquiring a set of strategic business skills through the completion of the Executive MBA Program at the University of Ottawa. My passion for the fields of Knowledge Management, Intellectual Capital Management, along with his technical background and training has strongly positioned meto understand the many strategic and management challenges facing organizations today.
