Prior to joining Platonic, Thomas served as Director of Business Operations at Enya Labs, a leading blockchain development firm, where he played a pivotal role in optimizing operational efficiency and scaling the organization to support sustainable growth. Earlier in his career, Thomas held leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he managed M&A, debt, and equity transactions across sectors including fintech, technology, mortgages, and space. His strategic insight and financial expertise also contributed to driving Boyd Corp’s inorganic growth strategy, where he helped expand the company’s presence in sustainable engineered materials and thermal solutions. Thomas is a systems-level thinker with expertise in design thinking, financial analysis, and operational strategy.
