Hi! I'm Xi, and I love creating long-lasting impact and change in tech and social good. I have taken on many roles that have shaped me in different ways, but at the same time brought me closer to realising my passion in pursuing a career in tech. In my current role at Stripe, I work on solving the most complex issues for our Connect users, setting the most disruptive companies of our time up for success in the digital financial ecosystem. I am a problem solver by nature, and knowing that there's a new challenge waiting to be figured out every day keeps me going and excited! I also care deeply about social impact. I’m passionate about building and supporting solutions for social good. Tech for social good never fails to intrigue me - I believe it holds huge potential for everyone to have a shot at creating sustainable change for what we believe in. In my free time, I love reading books about unconventional success stories, intersectionality and the future of tech. I am also a huge theatre fanatic and I believe in the transformative power of the arts in society.
