
Tarun Nimmagadda is an Indian-born Immigrant, based in Austin TX who has founded, led and exited several technology companies. He was previously the Co-Founder, CEO of Ruckit, a collaborative logistics company for the Construction Industry which was acquired by CommandAlkon in Dec 2020 and the Co-Founder, CEO of Mutual Mobile, which was acquired by Grid Dynamics in Dec 2022. He is currently serving board roles at GelBlaster, WorkEQ Founder, and the Department of Computer Science at the University of Texas while incubating his next company. After immigrating from India in 2004 to study at the University of Texas, Austin, Tarun's work on wheelchair navigation was awarded the Dell Social Innovation Prize which led to the founding of his first company to commercialize the technology. Tarun was named to Inc’s 30 Under 30, Forbes’ 50 Most Promising Companies, and MutualMobile was recognized by the White House as one of the top 100 companies founded by young entrepreneurs.
