TalentGen has already partnered with 50+ Venture capital firms, catering to their portfolios across Edtech, Healthtech, Fintech, Agritech, D2C/ Consumer, QSR, Social commerce, SAS, Gen AI, Gaming, Metaverse, NFT & Crypto / Web3, right from early stage to multiple Unicorns & Decacorns. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey @ TalentGen, Tarun led large operational teams with GENPACT & WNS Global Services; managing complex portfolios in Healthcare, Travel & Human Resources. Tarun's journey with Strategy and HR started with WNS back in 2007; setting up their Global HR Shared Services. Tarun has also institutionalized e-com startups; like Bookadda.com and setup end-end business units. Tarun was leading the Employee Relations & HR shared services portfolio at NetAmbit before taking up the leadership responsibility of driving Talent Acquisition & Talent Management with Thomas Cook, India, based out of their Gurgaon office. Tarun holds a Masters Degree in HR from IMT, Ghaziabad and is also a certified ISO Auditor, holds several other certifications in Operations, HR & Quality. Tarun is also a principal consultant with Inception Group, which practices the "Train & Hire" proof of concept and serves as a key advisory member to one of India's leading Academic Search firm. Tarun has been recognized with several accolades across his professional career & is an avid networker, likes diversifying across Industries !! Tarun is also an Angel Investor and co runs AC Ventures, a prominent unicorn / founders private syndicate. He is also a limited partner with a Marquee VC in India !
