Product Designer at Anduril

I’m a product designer at Anduril Industries, where I build human-machine interfaces and systems for maritime autonomous machines and AI-powered robots. My focus is designing extensible systems and tools that make advanced under and over water technology usable, reliable, and valuable in real-world missions. Previously: - Worked on design systems for user messaging and feedback as part of Netflix's Core Foundations team. - Created (entirely from scratch) a comprehensive online platform for designers and businesses to find the best in each other, called Shape. - Built and led the design function at Gem.com (helping to achieve a $1.2 billion valuation in 2021). - Created patented machine learning software for autonomous vehicles at Lyft Level 5. Led design of patterns for safety‑critical visualization tooling for self‑driving cars. - Guided the original Atlassian mobile systems design effort. - Designed for three billion people at Facebook across both business and consumer products. - Independently designed and built a lot of software that has been used by millions of people around the world. I am a hybrid designer and developer, and have expertise in the entire, modern, end-to-end software lifecycle.
