Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of building exceptional teams and building recruiting processes from the ground up. As Head of Talent at Deepgram, a Series B AI startup, I spearheaded our growth journey from Series A with 15 employees to Series B with over 120 employees. I owned talent strategy, recruitment branding, and all of technical hiring as well as create and lead the AAPI employee resource group. At Sentropy Technologies, I served as the Sole Recruiter, joining during stealth mode with 8 employees and contributing to our expansion to Series A with 22+ employees, resulting in a successful acquisition by Discord. My experience extends to founding recruitment roles, such as at Common Networks, where I joined as the Founding Recruiter during the Series A phase, guiding the team's growth from 15 to 45 employees. Additionally, I've had the opportunity to source talent for renowned companies like Pinterest, Zipline, Afterpay (acquired by Block), Alation, and Noyo. My journey in talent acquisition began at Palantir, where I led tech recruitment across the APAC region, covering offices in Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. I later embarked on international assignments, relocating to New York, DC, and London to expand Palantir's engineering teams. Notably, I was the first recruiter for machine learning engineers and interns at Palantir, contributing to its exponential growth from 400 employees to over 2000 in 21 locations.
