Global HRIS Manager | HR Tech

As a Global HRIS Manager at ONE, I oversee the implementation and management of SuccessFactors HRIS across ONE covering over 68 countries. In current role, I’ve developed strong skills in SAP Successfactors, it’s integration, CRM, analytical thinking, and HRIS transformation. My mission is to build and develop a high performing team who can support & ensure our global HRIS is fit for purpose, meets the legal and contractual requirements of each region, while also enhancing user experience and satisfaction of our HR team and employees. The team and I collaborate closely with global HR and other stakeholders on HR tech-related issues, tailored end user training, RBPAC, HR systems audit, and SF integrations. I also hold certifications in CIPD, aPHR, and Yoga & Wall Climbing Instructor, reflecting my passion for continuous learning and wellness.
