In-house counsel for Nasdaq European Commodity Markets and the Legal Responsible Manager for Nasdaq Oslo ASA. I assist our members in meeting their trading and clearing needs in Nordic- and European Power Commodity (derivative) products. I also work with clearing operations, other commodity products (salmon), physical electricity contracts (spot contracts) and DeFi, fintech and crypto-related questions. I have prior experience as a deputy judge, a commercial lawyer and an in-house counsel, working primarily in the real estate-, banking and the maritime sector resulting in considerable experience with M&A, EPC/turn-key contracts on hydropower, and green energy (hydropower).
