I am a pioneer of teaching green transformation at Polish universities (2021, UIK). I was also the first expert from Poland qualified as a business coach for the prestigious education and climate programme ‘The Journey’ by EIT Climate-KIC. For 4 consecutive years during intensive 5-week summer schools I supported as a coach international teams working on the development of innovative climate business ideas at places such as Imperial College London, Warwick Business School, Denmark Technical University, Munich Technical University, Berlin Technical University, University of Hamburg, as well as Wroclaw University of Life Sciences. I have worked as an expert for the European Commission (EC) on the Green Deal pilot, Horizon 2020 and now Horizon Europe. I am an EC-registered independent expert supporting businesses in the development of high-risk, high-potential and strategically important technologies for the EU. I work with companies from the IT industry, e.g. Raytrix GmbH (GER) and Noldus IT (NL); from the energy industry, e.g. SeaPower SCRL (IT); the transport industry, e.g. SkyFloX Sarl (LU), Grafmarine (UK), Parksol (LTV); the high-tech sector, e.g. Creaotech (PL), Moley Robotis (UK); the recycling industry, e.g. Peregrine Technologies - FPD Recycling (IRL), Ecopolplast S.A. (PL), TOOPI Organics (FR), WASE (UK), Tytech S.r.l. (IT), Pakmir (PL); from the food industry, e.g. Planet Farms Holding S.p.A. (IT), SoilSteam AS (NO), Omaiko (ISRL), Senseidata, S.A. (PT), Positiv Carbon (IRE), BSF Systems. In my work, the success of those with and for whom I work is paramount. These include winning technology development grants (€2.5M) in the EIC Accelerator programme by Peregrine Technologies and Ecopolplast S.A., as well as securing a grant from the Norwegian Fund for a green technology project (1M) through the International Center for Entrepreneurship (with a success rate in these competitions of 3-9%). I have worked with EU organisations, including the European Innovation Council (EIC), EIT Food, EIT Urban Mobility, EIT Manufacturing, EIT InnoEnergy, EIT Raw Materials, and EIT Climate-KIC, as well as numerous entrepreneurs located from New York to Tokyo. I defended my PhD at the Warsaw University of Technology, with a specialisation in Production Management, Technology Transfer, Productivity, and Technological Innovation. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, sea snorkelling, skiing, and meeting new people. My record includes 1,325 km in 12 days on a bike.
