I’ve always been drawn to moments of transformation — in people, in systems, and in society. Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of environments: building early-stage tech startups, fostering close-knit communities, supporting global development efforts, and guiding individuals through difficult transitions. Across all of it, I’ve learned that meaningful change requires a nuanced understanding of human dynamics — and a steady combination of consideration, compassion, creative thinking, and strategic leadership. Early in my career, I worked with Grameen Bank under Nobel Laureate Muhammad Yunus, where I saw firsthand how microfinance could uplift entire communities. That foundation in international development and social equity shaped my lens — one that sees both the structural roots of challenge and the human capacity for resilience. As blockchain, AI, and decentralized technologies gained momentum, I became increasingly interested in how innovation could expand access and solve hard problems. I’ve worked closely with founders, investors, and builders to align emerging technologies with systems-level impact — always with an eye on the people those systems are meant to serve. More recently, my work has moved into a quieter, more personal realm: helping individuals and families navigate transition, uncertainty, and complexity. These are the moments when stakes are high, emotions run deep, and grounded support becomes essential. I’ve found myself naturally stepping in — often behind the scenes — to help steady the course with clarity, discretion, and trust. With a background in diplomacy, negotiation, and crisis management — grounded in advanced study of organizational behavior and conflict resolution — I bring a rare blend of executive acumen, global insight, and human sensitivity to every challenge I take on. I’m currently building something new that weaves together all of these threads — and I’m always open to connecting with those who still believe that courage, integrity, and a strong sense of our collective humanity belong in business and in life.
