I am currently a Director at Areta, a digital assets advisory firm consisting of two verticals. The first is our traditional investment bank focusing on complex financial transactions, across M&A, capital raises, secondaries transactions, and token capital markets. The second, which I co-lead, is our Onchain Services team, where we work directly with Foundations on Builder Support and growth topics. Our key product in the Onchain Services team is Areta Market, our marketplace which connects builders to whitelisted security service providers. As a Digital Assets Strategy Manager at Motive Partners, I focused on innovation strategy and value creation with respect to Motive's portfolio companies and external clients, while evaluating Web3 start-ups and established companies for early-stage investments or buyout deals. Within the Global Blockchain Team at Accenture for 5 years, I focused on digital asset strategy projects across financial markets, working with commercial and retail banks, central banks, and financial market infrastructure players. I have Master's in Finance from the London Business School, where I was the Co-President of the LBS Blockchain Society from 2023-24. I have been involved in the crypto / blockchain space over the last 7 years and have a Web3 blog and podcast, Genesis Block, which I began in July 2022.
