Director of Internal Events

Assists in the production, publication and promotion of our multimedia content for Webinar and events. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and collecting assets from sponsors, honorees, guests, etc. Maintaining schedules for webinar recordings, Zoom webinars, events, etc. Working with designers to create all promotional and branding materials for webinars and events. Gathering feedback and communicating with editors. Managing broadcast and distribution, including posting edited files, writing keyword-rich descriptions and sharing edited files with sales reps, clients and honorees. Managing and updating web content. Serve as primary liaison with ad-ops, design and editorial for promotion and integration. Provide information and updates to clients with utmost professionalism via email and phone. Attend and work live events.
