My passion for communication and expressing ideas, stories, and content visually lead me to fulfill a career in social media marketing and the digital world. I thrive on creating, sourcing and managing content that is aesthetically pleasing, inspiring and that evokes emotion in the viewer, and that makes people want to see more. I believe that transparent, informational, and valuable messaging is what makes a loyal follower and customer. From my many years in the hospitality & retail industry and my more recent years working in an ever-changing social media world, I’ve learned that patience is key, as well as providing a quick conflict resolution to avoid any unhappy customers. As the social media director at The Bromley Group, I’ve developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the different social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TiKToK) and I understand how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. I show great time management skills and I never stop learning in order to grow within the industry.
