As Head of Organizational Effectiveness & Design for Coinbase, I helped our teams work together more seamlessly by evaluating and optimizing organizational structures, processes, and norms to maximize performance. As a Partner at McChrystal Group, I advised Fortune 1000 executives, their chiefs of staff, and their leadership teams on strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness. My work included advising multiple Fortune 100 companies on strategic planning and prioritization, business cadence and communication design, and executive coaching focused on increasing delegation and team empowerment. Before joining McChrystal Group, I helped found a VC fund investing in early-stage enterprise technology; two of those investments are now “unicorns” valued at over $1 billion. I've also held professional roles in Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking Group, Israel’s Ministry of Justice, and Oliver Wyman’s strategy consulting group, where I've partnered with and advised senior leaders in technology, retail, transportation, healthcare, and utilities.
