After 10 years of success working in sales and business development roles across the medical and tech industries, I made the decision to go back to my roots and pursue my passion for helping people live healthier and happier lives. Combining my background studying Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Penn State, a certification in Holistic Health and Wellness Coaching, and the vast knowledge I've built up over a lifetime as an active athlete, I launched Taproot Health to help guide people in their health and wellness journeys.
