At Fordham University Lincoln Center, I am a rising senior with a 3.6 GPA pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a double minor in Marketing and Fashion Studies. I am a first-generation Colombian-American student from Queens, New York, who speaks English and Spanish fluently. Throughout my undergraduate career, I've been able to showcase the knowledge I've learned in the classroom to several internships and jobs. In the Summer of 2024, I completed my internship at Publicis Media as an Account Management Intern for the Publicis Media Content and Innovation team. At PMCI, I curated and managed daily entertainment newsletters, developed a "Best In Media" presentation showcasing co-marketing and IP integration for upcoming films and TV shows, and conducted gaming demographic research to support global marketing strategies. In the Spring of 2024, I had the opportunity to be an Access Instructor for Let's Get Ready for the third time. At LGR, I was responsible for teaching English SAT prep lessons virtually, helping students understand concepts and test-taking skills while building meaningful relationships with my students. Concurrent with these opportunities, I have worked as a Social Media Assistant for FCLC's Dean's office since 2022. I have spearheaded the development and execution of social media strategies and content for Instagram and LinkedIn by creating marketing materials and photographing student events and campus spaces. On campus, I had the opportunity to be a Commuter First-Year Mentor (CFM) for the 2023-2024 cohort of first-year students. As a CFM, I had to build relationships with 30+ commuter students, ensuring they had the resources and support necessary to adapt to college. Over the year, I organized various small-scale events for my cohort. We had the chance to visit the Fotografiska Museum, ARTECHOUSE, and SPYSCAPE, which helped my students build connections and engage deeply with campus activities. As a first-generation student, I am eager to learn all facets of the marketing industry and look forward to the opportunities my post-graduate career will bring me!
