My journey includes spearheading security teams at Ernst & Young and PwC, founding two security consultancies, and leading positive change in attitudes to cyber risk across the financial sector. In the accolade arena, I am honored as a finalist for Cyber Evangelist of the Year at the 2018 Scottish Cyber Awards and have earned nominations for International Contribution to Cyber Security and Cyber Risk Strategy of the Year. Distinguished by key leadership roles, I serve as the Chair of the Scottish branch of the Chartered Institute of Information Security, Deputy Chairman of the Information Security Forum Supervisory Board, and Director and Co-Founder of BSides Scotland security conferences, and have recently completed 4 years on the National Cyber Resilience Advisory Board for the Scottish Government.
