National Leader/Changemaker/Connector

Ronda Jackson is a seasoned leader and changemaker with a distinguished track record in guiding teams and spearheading large-scale, impactful initiatives. In her current role as Vice President of Organizational Learning and Evaluation at KABOOM!, she oversees all aspects of the organization's learning, research, data collection, and evaluation activities, ensuring that insights drive continuous improvement and meaningful outcomes. Before joining KABOOM!, Ronda served as Assistant Director of Public Sector Innovation at Living Cities, where she collaborated with municipal leaders across the nation to implement strategies aimed at enhancing the economic well-being of low-income, BIPOC communities. Her career also includes significant contributions to criminal justice reform, where she played a key role in the implementation of the Boston Ceasefire gun violence prevention model in cities across the country. Additionally, she managed the Back on Track program, a nationally recognized initiative created by then-District Attorney Kamala Harris, which provided reentry education and employment services to first-time non-violent drug offenders. Ronda began her professional journey in the federal government, serving as a Special Assistant for Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Transportation and as a Special Assistant in the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs during the Clinton Administration. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Howard University.
