As Head of Corporate Engineering at Cockroach Labs, I built the Corporate IT function from the ground up—scaling operations, systems, and security to meet the demands of a global tech company. Today, I lead three integrated teams—Helpdesk, Corporate Systems, and Corporate Security—focused on delivering secure, scalable, and frictionless technology experiences for every employee. My work spans infrastructure design, compliance readiness (SOC2, PCI), vendor and SaaS lifecycle management, global office buildouts, and high-leverage automation—enabling operational efficiency and business continuity at scale.
