From there, managing information systems and interfacing between public and private entities became his specialty. Henry Ford Health Systems, a nonprofit managed care provider, entrusted Richard with the tech that keeps their 100,000+ annual patients managed by 30,000 employees. He continued his modernization efforts for state governments as a leader with oversight of dozens of technologies in short-time frames.
