Marketing Program/Coordinator | Content, paid social, email | Dashboards, workflows, clean handoffs | GA4 basics | Adobe/Canva | EN/ES
I’m a marketing-minded operator who turns messy calendars into shipped campaigns. I like clear writing, tidy systems, and calm execution—where creative ideas meet clean processes and measurable results. I keep content, paid social, and email moving on time, and I’m comfortable pairing data with design so teams know what’s working and why. My background in operations (Lennar; Sacramento Area Sewer District) taught me to be reliable under pressure and precise with documentation, handoffs, and follow-through. I’ve owned content schedules, briefed creative, tracked links and UTMs, checked pacing, and translated performance into simple takeaways the team can act on. I’m hands-on enough to fix a naming convention or a broken link, and organized enough to keep shared calendars, asset folders, and reporting clean. I enjoy the mix of creative and analytical work. I can write straightforward copy, prepare brand-safe visuals in Adobe or Canva, set up a basic Meta or Google Ads campaign, and summarize results without fluff. A few snapshots of how I work: I helped grow chapter membership by 50% in one semester by pairing consistent content with thoughtful follow-ups; I coordinated more than fifty concurrent projects with trackers and lightweight SOPs that cut rework; and I standardized documentation across 120+ facilities so information was accurate and easy to find. On the tools side, I’m comfortable in GA4, Sheets/Excel (pivots, lookups, SUMIFS), Looker Studio starter dashboards, Mailchimp/Klaviyo basics, Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, and social schedulers like Later or Hootsuite. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, with studies in Italian. I’m Sacramento-based and open to hybrid or remote roles in digital marketing, marketing ops, and eCommerce. If your team values outcome-focused execution with a friendly, low-ego partner, I’d love to connect. During my time as a VFA Fellow, I co-developed 'bARTer,' a skill exchange app designed to foster artistic communities and combat the loneliness epidemic. This experience sharpened my abilities in digital product design, teamwork, and public presentation, further showcasing my innovative mindset and collaborative approach. I am passionate about applying my expertise in project management, relationship building, and strategic planning to deliver impactful results. With a commitment to continuous improvement and a keen ability to navigate complex challenges, I am eager to contribute to innovative teams driving meaningful change. Let’s connect and explore how we can bring ambitious projects to life!
