I am an Utah-based, outdoors lover. I live in SLC because of the skiing, mountain biking and downtown treasures. I spend my days with my husband, three little boys and our golden doodle. My family is what gives me purpose. There are four things that are the basic drivers of my life: people, leadership, innovation, and happiness. People: I have a niche for working with people. I love people and interact with them easily. Relationships drive my working world and personal world. I am energized by new friendships and partnerships. Leadership: I am a leader who can take center stage and motivate others, or conversely, let others lead while picking up the difficult, less-glamorous tasks. My excellent ability to plan, prioritize, and organize allows me to put people first and still produce a quality team. Innovation: I have always been a creator of solutions. I often think out of the box to create new and effective processes. In a business world that is constantly changing my innovation skills allow me to adapt quickly and drive progress. Happiness: I know quality of life is so huge in the fast-pace world. My ultimate goal in life is to make the world a happier place by small means and larger ones.
