Passionate about brands and behaviours, I have founded DUCTIL, to help individuals, teams and organizations acheive performance. With an international background, I now leverage my 20 years of professional experience driving change, creativity and growth in organizations. As an ICF certified coach, I partner with clients to unleash their potential and achieve personal and professional goals, using creative and cognitive techniques. I also harness the power of coaching as the lead of GoMasterCoach's French program, bringing a global, innovative, and digitally pioneering school to French speakers. During my career, I’ve been lucky to work with top brands as a brand lead (at Unilever in Barcelona and Pandora in Paris) and as an agency lead (at Wavemaker in Miami and Wunderman Thompson in Madrid). This has given me the opportunity to learn across multiple cultures and build a proven track record on team development, brand growth and business strategy, working with brands like Netflix, Telefónica, Decathlon, Nivea Beiersdorf, Chanel, Tiffany & Co, GlaxoSmithKline, Magnum or Dove, among others. On this basis and applying coaching and behavioural science techniques, I now help individuals and organizations reach their business & talent goals. I'm a certified Change Management Practitioner and specialist in behavioural interventions, trained at University College London, and I'm currently developing my PhD in management in Université Paris Dauphine PSL, on the topic of High Performing Teams.
