I am a science teacher with 8+ years of experience creating and implementing standards-based curriculum for over 1,200 students in the south L.A community. I am an expert in the utilization of technology-mediated instruction, instructional strategies and working with diverse groups of students (ELL, SPED, gifted) and teachers. I have overseen grade level and department teams and mentored teachers. I have consulted and written curriculum for several companies. I am looking for opportunities to design and/or upgrade curriculum in various settings as a consultant, an instructional designer or a project manager. I am also invested in the development of others through coaching, mentoring and content specialist roles where I can train and develop other educators.
