Allow me to introduce myself as Head of Software Development at LUWARE. My role encompasses the oversight of a team of managers and engineers, dispersed across multiple locations. At Luware, we are at the forefront of Teams integrated Contact Centers. I am part of a rapidly expanding, motivated, collaborative, and internationally diverse team. As the Head of Development, I play a pivotal role in leading the technical development efforts, ensuring its availability in the cloud. Prior to joining LUWARE I spent the last 18 years working for Microsoft in managerial positions at multiple international locations. At my last position at Microsoft, I was deeply engaged building Microsoft’s take on a customer data platform (CDP), specializing in crafting large-scale technological solutions tailored to address significant challenges. Prior to that I also was a “founding member” of the Azure Communication Services team in Vancouver Canada. Building the product and team from the ground up. My expertise lies in the creation of intricate, fault-tolerant, distributed systems, which form integral parts of the Azure and Dynamics ecosystems. In the earlier phase of my tenure, I dedicated the first half of my career to the Windows Operating System group. During my time at Microsoft, I also contributed to diverse multimedia-oriented technologies, including Windows Media Player and Media Center. My passion for engineering and management is profound, particularly on the backend and leadership fronts. Preceding my tenure at Microsoft, I achieved success as an Engineering Manager in smaller software companies. There, I led the development of client-server software solutions within the audio/video editing and CMS space, catering to esteemed entities such as CNN, BBC, public broadcast television (ARD, SRF, NRK etc.) and others. Leveraging my technical expertise and leadership acumen, I derive immense satisfaction from facilitating the creation of enterprise-grade P/SaaS systems within the domains of both B2B and B2C. It is my aspiration to make a meaningful impact on people's lives through these endeavors.
