For the past 25 years, I’ve financed, acquired, started, and operated tech-enabled service companies, delivering strong returns and meaningful impact. My career spans leadership and investment roles at top-tier organizations, including Graham Partners, Citigroup, Spectrum Equity Investors, and multiple founder-led ventures. In addition to investing and operating, I coach CEOs on value creation and exit planning, helping leaders maximize enterprise value and position for strategic, high-MOIC outcomes. I founded and served as CEO of Remarkable Health and Bells.ai, pioneers in EHR and practice management software for the Behavioral Health industry. Our mission was simple but powerful: remove obstacles so people can become the best version of themselves. Our software helped providers spend less time in front of screens and more time helping clients. Earlier, I co-founded Relay Network, where I led product and technology, launched multiple products, earned a patent for mobile communication, and secured $18M in venture financing. Before becoming a founder, I worked in private equity at Spectrum Equity Investors (a $4B firm focused on fintech, online media, and information services) and at Graham Partners, a middle-market LBO firm. I began my career as a leveraged finance analyst at Citigroup. I’m a graduate of Villanova University, where I played Division 1 lacrosse, co-founded the Villanova Entrepreneurial Society, and even ran an industrial cleaning company while attending night school. Today I live in Scottsdale, Arizona, and am a proud dad to three children.
