Have negotiated a variety of agreements in the investment management industry and provided regulatory advice across a range of jurisdictions in America, Asia and Europe and with a range of clients including pension funds, insurance companies, sub-advisory clients, sovereign wealth clients and with other fund managers. Have extensive experience in the LDI, fiduciary management and OCIO solutions space. Worked for over 10.5 years at Schroders. Apart from providing regulatory advice and successfully negotiating investment management agreements, distribution, service level agreements and other commercial agreements have also successfully led and managed multi-jurisdictional projects. Have been heavily involved with working in the major EU regulatory developments in the asset management sector such as Mifid 2, AIFMD, EMIR and more recently ESG. Was also involved with the Brexit contingency planning and led the implementation from an institutional perspective at Schroders.
