I also had the privilege of working at ARENTIA, S.A. in the People Management area, where I immersed myself in a comprehensive HR experience. My desire to combine IT with Human Resources led me to take part in an IT Recruitment training programme at Elevus - People & Business Results. During this period I acquired technical knowledge in IT. My academic background includes a Specialization in Data Science from the Polytechnic of Leiria and a degree in Human Relations and Organisational Communication. This Master's degree not only signifies a milestone in my academic career but also equips me with advanced skills in data analysis, interpretation, and decision-making.
