I am a Technical Architect with 15+ years of professional experience in API integrations / web development / mobile apps (Public Cloud and On-Premises) and across different industries (e-commerce, retail, social customer care and online communities, gambling). I enjoy being engaged from the early strategic and technical requirements phase, supporting the sales teams, where I work into translating customer requests into actionable implementation plans. I then oversee them throughout delivery and successful rollout. I love working in a customer facing environment, and I am comfortable operating and communicating at all levels of the organizations I work with: development teams, project and product management and senior stakeholders.
