I am leading Partner Management activities at Multiplier, where I focus on building and scaling our global partner ecosystem across EOR, payroll, and visa providers. In my current role as Manager – Partner Management, I am heading the team of 4 who are driving partner acquisition, evaluation, onboarding, and enablement while ensuring strong collaboration and issue resolution to support revenue growth and global expansion. With a background of 8.5+ years in partner management, SaaS, and technology-driven sales, I bring expertise in international partner recruitment, business expansion, and channel development. My role also involves leading a regional team (APAC, EMEA, NAMER) to strengthen partner relationships, streamline escalations, and align cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Payroll, and Compliance. I am passionate about creating strategic, outcome-driven partnerships and delivering measurable results in competitive global markets by combining go-to-market strategy, cross-functional leadership, and operational excellence.
