My diverse technological background has given me excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to tackle problems from many angles. I excel at problem solving and troubleshooting a wide variety of issues within projects whether beta /currently in-development projects, onboarding new clients or live production issues impacting our customers. I tackle each problem or challenge equally, no matter its difficulty. I enjoy using my creative problem solving skills to deliver results. Whether developing a tool or process to solve problems both simple and complex, to collaboratively working with team members to design tools and solutions or creatively solving an urgent problem, I do it with great work enthusiasm and attitude. I can skillfully communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver desirable results to my clients, both internal and external. I excel at delivering messages to and between very technical and non-technical teams as needed. I enjoy serving as a mentor to my peers and junior colleagues to help them be successful as a member of a high performing team. I would love to eventually be a team lead for a technical or product team, if the opportunity arises.
